Ingredients for Akhrot Kebabs:
- Refined oil - two tsp
- garlic paste - one tsp
- Boiled, chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup
- powdered cashews - 1 1/2 tbsp
- powdered turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- grated banana - 1/2 cup
- crushed black pepper - one pinch
- grated paneer - one tbsp
- powdered walnuts - 1/2 tbsp
- Refined oil - one tsp
- ginger paste - one tsp
- chopped green chilli - one tsp
- green beans - 1/4 cup
- Salt - two pinches
- coriander powder - one tsp
- Khoya - one tbsp
- Salt - one pinch
- Boiled, grated potato - 1/4 cup
- powdered almonds - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
How to prepare Akhrot Kebabs:
Step 1) In a vessel, drop oil, garlic ginger paste, boiled & chopped walnuts, well sliced green chillies, cashew nut powder, sliced french beans, salt, mawa, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix.
Step 2) In some other vessel, drop grated raw banana, crushed black pepper, salt, grated paneer, red chilli powder, almond & walnut powder, boiled & grated potato and mix finely.
Step 3) Mix together each mixture.
Step 4) Take a portion of the mix and prepare a tikki. Pour oil into a pan & pan sear the tikki from each side.
Step 5) When cooked, place them on a plate & serve with coriander leaves.
