Paneer Bhurji is one of the simplest recipes to make for those unexpected guests as it could be prepared in under just 30 minutes. All you have to make this simple dish is: cottage cheese or paneer, capsicum, ginger, butter, makhni gravy, fresh cream and onion tomato masala. You could have the lip-smacking recipe in lunch and dinner too alongside plain paratha or for instance plain roti. Ingredients for Paneer Bhurji:

  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Coriander leaves - 15 gm
  • Fresh cream - 10 gm 
  • Onion tomato masala - 150 gm
  • Capsicum (green pepper) - 30 gm
  • Ginger - 30 gm
  • Butter - 15 gm
  • Makhni gravy - 100 gm

How to prepare Paneer Bhurji:

Step 1) To make this delectable recipe, properly chop the capsicum into a vessel. Now, well chop the ginger also into a different vessel.

Step 2) Place a vessel on a moderate flame & heat oil into it. When the oil is sufficiently hot, have sliced capsicum into it. Saute for one minute & then have the ginger. Stir & cook the ginger too for one minute.

Step 3) Lastly, have the grated paneer into the vessel & cook for one minute.

Step 4) Now, have the makhni gravy alongside the onion tomato masala into the vessel & stir for mixing finely all the elements. Allow it to cook for around four to five mins.

Step 5) When the bhurji is done, place fresh cream, butter & one pinch of kassori methi on the dish. Garnish using tomato wedges and coriander sprigs. Serve hot using the favorite bread.
